   • Join the server.

   • Type /steamid in chat.

   • Copy the SteamID shown (example: STEAM_0:1:12345678).

2. Gather proof of your previous progress

   • Best option: a screenshot showing your level before you lost it.

   • Other options: a short video, leaderboard screenshot, or anything that clearly shows your name and level.

3. Tell us when it happened

   • Approximate date and time you noticed the levels were gone.

   • If it was after a crash, restart, or update, mention this.
