Allowed Use of Grab

• Freeing players who are clearly stuck (in walls, teammates, doors, elevators, etc.)

• Unblocking spawn points at the beginning of the round

• Fixing broken map triggers or elevator issues that prevent normal progress

• During officially approved fun rounds or special events (must be announced and agreed upon by staff)

Forbidden Use of Grab

• Do NOT grab zombies unless they are stuck. Never use grab to delay infection or protect humans.

• Do NOT grab humans to help them win, skip map sections, reach weapons, or avoid zombies.

• Do not use grab during combat, boss fights, or while players are being chased or fighting.

• Do not troll players with grab (throwing, holding mid-air, spinning, etc.)

• Do NOT grab other admins, even as a joke.

• Do not use grab as a punishment tool. Use proper commands like slap, slay, gag, kick, or ban.

• Do not grab players without warning (unless the situation is urgent).

• Do not use grab to hold players in place or block other players.

Additional Grab Rules

• Do not use grab to rush the round or move slow players forward.

• Do not use grab to help players complete map objectives (buttons, escape points, weapon zones).

• Do not grab players during boss events or scripted map sequences.

• Do not block access to doors, elevators, or paths by placing another player in the way.

• Do not grab players during the initial infection countdown unless stuck.

• Do not use grab to show off or demonstrate your admin powers.

• Do not teleport players across the map using grab. It is not a movement tool.

• Never help friends or clanmates unfairly — this is favoritism and abuse.

• Respect grab-restricted areas on specific maps that are unstable or scripted.

• Do not interfere with another admin using grab unless they are clearly abusing.

• If the server has logs, all grab activity must be justifiable upon request.

• Treat all players equally. Do not help or ignore based on personal opinion.

• Follow the admin hierarchy. When unsure, ask a higher-level admin.

• Be professional. Grab reflects your position — use it responsibly.

Example Situations

1. Human stuck in a wall – Allowed. Use grab to free them quickly.

2. Zombie stuck in a glitch – Allowed only if fully stuck.

3. Grabbing zombie to prevent infection – Not allowed. Unfair use.

4. Moving human closer to the escape zone – Not allowed. Major abuse.

5. Grabbing another admin “for fun” – Not allowed. Unprofessional.

6. Using grab during a fun round with approval – Allowed. Must be announced.

Punishment for Grab Abuse

• Grabbing without valid reason – First: warning. Repeat: temporary loss of rights.

• Using grab to troll or play around – First: warning. Repeat: demotion or temp ban.

• Helping friends/clan unfairly – First: rights suspended. Repeat: permanent removal.

• Ignoring grab rules repeatedly – Permanent removal and possible server ban.
